Responsibility
1. Arranged daily maintenance work according to the company's workflow standards and customer requirements, made maintenance records, and ensured the safe operation of customer elevators.
2. Performance evaluation, safety education and technical training of maintenance personnel;
3. Monitored the progress of maintenance work, construction technology and operation safety, and checked and accepted quality inspection.
4. Renewal of maintenance contracts and development of new customers.
5, elevator equipment failure rate statistics, analysis, and take effective measures to improve.
6. Participate in contract review, technical agreement, drawing and related data archiving.
7. Safety protection of customer property on construction site.
8. Handled customer complaints in a timely manner and maintained good relations with customers.
9. Responsible for assisting the maintenance manager to deal with and manage field personnel and related matters, as the candidate for reserve promotion;
10. Responsible for routine maintenance and emergency repair of elevators, filling in emergency repair records and filing materials;
11. Independently handle elevator faults, understand elevator electrical principles, and be familiar with elevator machinery and debugging steps;
12. Be able to cooperate with the Special Inspection Institute to make inspection and self-inspection report;
